Smorgers Catering was established in 1997, and has supplied quality catering and hospitality to Cornwall with pride and professionalism over the years. We were honoured to provide catering for 2,000 guests for the launch of the Eden project, looked after the film crew for the last James Bond film, supplied a picnic for a thousand Cornish singing voices and delivered a romantic dinner for two at Bosinver Farm cottages. Some months later, we provided a Cornish buffet Tea for twenty to celebrate the Christening of their little baby girl!

Recently relocating to the Market town of St Austell, we are now proud to launch our high street Delicatessen. Sourcing fine local produce acquired directly from farms, dairies and high quality, artisan producers. With everything that you would expect from a high street deli, we offer a large variety of regional farmhouse cheese’s, charcuterie, pastas, home-cooked dishes, soups, freshly baked breads, global loose olives and tapas as well as our own label range of chutneys, mustards, dressings and our ever popular, old recipe cakes and baked goods.

These can also be enjoyed in our Tea rooms situated in the main courtyard at the world famous Caerhays castle & gardens near St Austell.

If you are town, why not call in at the deli for lunch. Sandwiches and salads are all made freshly to order, the way you like it, or try a hot, home made casserole or soup with fresh baked bread. All our home cooked dishes are prepared fresh, daily on the premises using locally ingredients. We also run a daily hot & cold lunch delivery service for local businesses.
